Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide! If you are located outside of the United States in a country that we aren't already offering shipping to and you would like to place an order, please send an email to order@celestialgroovecollection.com with which listing(s) you would like to purchase. We will respond with a shipping quote based on your location.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship all of our orders via USPS.
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Orders usually take 1-3 days to fulfill and ship out, plus shipping time (1-3 business days for US orders based on where your package starts and where it’s being sent).
What are your refund, return, exchange, and cancellation policies?
All sales are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancelled orders. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages or items. If an item from your online order arrives damaged or if you have any issues with your order, please send an email to support@celestialgroovecollection.com with an explanation and attached photos of the damaged item if applicable.
